We want you to love your KEEN footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 60 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
How to Return
- Start your return at footworkkeen.com/returns
- Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return label
- Pack your items securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Return Processing
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return your original purchase following the standard return process
- Place a new order for your preferred size
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in USD.
Special Items
Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
